I listened to your voice intently and realized that you have not brought out the best in you... I feel your emphasis must be on the sincerity associated with your voice and not just glamour....If you want to be remembered then sing songs that stir the soul...! My personal favourite amongst female vocalist is Andrea Corr! Look at her singing and listen to her voice...there is fire and ice, love n' lust, class and culture, sarcasm and scorn, restlessness and anger, humor and melancholy blended for melody! You are as good or even better! But, we are waiting for your best, please don't save them for the last coz we will be gone by then. Cheers..!800080]

Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your thoughts. I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but you are certainly entitled to your opinion. I call my fans, my friend fans, because they have embarked on this journey with me, and it's been a long one for that matter - full of ups and downs. They know that I am all heart and that my songs which I have written don't get any more vulnerable, open, honest and raw than that. I write what I know, what I've been through, and what I've learned throughout my life and the adventures I've been on. Andrea Corr is a beautiful singer. I admire her work very much. She is glamourous too by the way, but that is something that comes naturally and should not be misconstrued as something negative. I have paid my fair share of dues in this business and believe me, it's not for the glamour! I'm in this because I love what I do, because I can't imagine doing anything else but to sing, write songs, and act. God has blessed me to allow me to follow my dreams. And so, I hope you will join me on my journey. Everyone has their own opinions, and their own tastes - not everyone will get my music, but there will be people who do. Just wanted to share two interesting songs that I am listening to right now. One is by a lady who goes by the name of Bic Runga (A Newzealander) who sings a track called "Sway". Its awesome! The other is by Marie Digby who Sings a cover version of "Umbrella" (these renderings have great following on youtube. ) Marie Digby sang an acoustic version of Umbrella which turned out to be more appealing than the original Rihana rendering. Bic Runga is a sellout in the U.S.

When I heard you sing the theme song in the movie "Provoked" it felt intense, candid and yet so elegant....Might I share another soulful song with you....Its called 'Mademoiselle Chante le blues' by Patricia Kaas ...who is a woman of substance... I am likely to work with her on a project...Her latest album is going to be out too!

Loved the Magic Carpet Ride....Lulu's " To Sir with Love"...Crystal Gayle's "Gonna make my brown eyes blue" and recently Carlisa Monteiro's song "Phir Dekhiye" are the kind of songs that I would love to hear you sing in your own inimitable style.. It would be awesome to hear just your voice in the backdrop of an steel acoustic guitar...It will immediately draw attention to your natural beauty and sparkling personality...
